Policies

 

Nut Allergies - Many of our products contain nut or nut oils and all equipment is shared. Products may contain traces of nuts or nut oil due to equipment used. 

Cancelations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. 

Breakages - We take as much care as we possibly can in ensuring your items are packaged safely. However once items have left our workshop we are not responsible for any breakages that may occur. 


Lost/Stolen Parcels - Lost or Stolen parcels will not be replaced.

Returns - We do not offer returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the goods are not as described in accordance with the Australian consumer law. You will be liable for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us and will be refunded the full cost of the item in your order excluding shipping costs once we have received the products and deemed them to be in untouched, unused, unopened, new condition like they were sent. There will be no returns on Camirelli Crates or Custom Orders. 

Refunds & Replacements - Refunds and replacements will only be offered at our discretion. Neither are guaranteed under any circumstances.

Failure to collect - If you order is waiting at a post office for collection and you do not pick the parcel up before Australia Post's pick up deadline. They will return the parcel to us. You will be liable for this cost plus the additional cost to have the parcel resent to you.

Conduct - If at any time correspondence between parties becomes disrespectful or rude we reserve the right to terminate all future contact and any issues pertaining to your order will not be resolved. If you turn to social media before giving us a chance to help you, we will not be offering any form of resolution or compensation.
